I am a big believer in everyone’s body being different. What works for one person might not be right for another. As much as I believe that dairy is a huge cause of a lot of gut and health issues, some people are able to tolerate it. I am not one of those people.
Lately I have been playing with my food! Although I will always be a vegetarian, I really do not like meat at all (moral reasons included), I do occasionally eat cheese… but no more!
Over the past few weeks I have increased my cheese intake to help decrease carb intake- this is not working for me. I have woken up EVERY morning with aches, as if I have the flu, bloating & inflammation, lack of energy, swollen eyes, the list goes on and on.

I have begun my journey of going dairy-free to see how my body reacts, positive or negative. I will post updates every so often.
